    小贴士 : 可以用鸡肉、鱼肉或苏东取代田鸡。

    Step 1

    把田鸡洗净切块,然后以滚水川烫1分钟,滴干。Clean and chop paddy frogs into bite-sized pieces. Blanch in hot water for 1 minute. Drain and set aside.

    Step 2

    起锅热2汤匙油,把蒜茸和姜片爆香,然后倒入酱料,煮至滚。Heat oil in a wok,fry garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add in combined sauce ingredients and bring to a simmering boil.

    Step 3

    加入田鸡和其他材料炒至汁稠即可盛起,趁热吃。Add in paddy frogs and the rest of the ingredients. Toss well until sauce is thick and dry. Dish out and serve immediately.
